almost overnight pet sitting

This is an excellent option for pets who need extra love while their owners are away! Includes two hours in the evening, and one hour the following morning. The arrival and departure times are determined with each client.
Almost Overnight Pet Sitting bookings include a personalized and detailed "report card", lots of photos of your furry friend and water/food bowl refill(s). Service also includes, if applicable, basic indoor plant watering, taking in trash cans and/or mail, and turning outdoor lights on and/or off. +$5 for each additional household pet.

Experience convenience and peace of mind with our Pet Taxi service! We offer a safe, reliable, and comfortable transportation solution designed exclusively for pets. Whether you need your pet chauffeured to the veterinarian, grooming appointment, wedding venue, etc., our Pet Taxi service ensures your pet(s) will easily arrive at their destination!

Pet Taxi bookings include a personalized and detailed "report card", and photos of your furry friend's journey. Our vehicles are fully insured and equipped, and we also have separate insurance coverage for your pet while they're in our care. +$5 for each additional household pet.
*All of our pricing is subject to GST and includes our insurance. A small $10 surcharge will apply to each booking outside of our normal business hours, weekends (Saturdays & Sundays), statutory holidays and some surrounding dates. This surcharge also applies to any last-minute bookings made with less than 24 hours' notice.

FAQ
We understand that you may have never hired a professional pet care company before and might have questions about our services before entrusting us with your furry friends. We have curated our most commonly asked questions below.

Do you offer house-sitting or boarding services?
We currently do not offer house-sitting or boarding services. However, we offer "Almost Overnight Pet Care" which includes two drop-ins: two hours in the evening, and one hour the following morning. Additional time may be booked as a regular drop-in service.

Can I request a specific time for dog walking and/or drop-ins?
We walk dogs and offer drop-ins in four set time blocks. We do not guarantee a specific time for many reasons (ex: traffic, driving distances between bookings, weather conditions, emergencies, etc.). We require flexibility to ensure that your pet(s) are getting the time, care and attention they deserve.
If you'd like us to start our service at a specific time, we will try our best to accommodate it as our schedule allows. We could arrive a little late if small things pile up throughout the day, as mentioned above.

What are your hours?
Our office hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM. We offer four service windows to choose from: 8:00am-11:00am, 11:00am-2:00pm, 2:00pm-5:00pm and 6:00pm-8:00pm. Late evenings and weekends are available upon request depending on availability. Please note that there will be a small surcharge of $10 to accommodate visits that land on holidays (and some dates surrounding dates), weekends and hours outside of our regular business hours 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Will my dog get their full 30-minute walk?
The clock starts when we arrive at your residence. If you require us to check your mail, refill your dog's water bowl, feed them, and play with them for a certain amount of time, this will decrease their walking time. If your dog is fearful of people and it takes 15-minutes to calm them down, this will also impede on their walking time. If you would like your dog to get their full 30-minute walk, we recommend booking a 45-minute or 1-hour walk.

Do you offer pack walks?
At this time, our insurance allows us to walk two dogs at once per walker. This is a great opportunity for your pet to socialize with other dogs while enjoying exercise and supervised interaction.

What is your cancellation policy?
To ensure fairness for all parties involved and to respect the value of our time, we have a cancellation policy that requires a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations. If a cancellation is made within this timeframe, the full booking fee will be charged. However, if you cancel before the 24-hour mark, we will offer a credit towards your next service. Since we plan our routes in advance and set aside dedicated times for our clients, this policy helps us maintain an efficient and dependable service for everyone. Thank you for your understanding.
